Your employees can easily select benefits that fit their unique needs through easy-to-understand online education and multi-media decision support tools. Compass guides employees through initial enrollment and ongoing changes by clearly outlining required actions tailored for each individual participant with alerts upon log in. Employees can also see benefits related documents, and connect to third-party wellness or retirement benefits programs if desired.
